Acer Unleashes Next-Gen Monitor Lineup: Where Gaming Meets Creativity

The display landscape is about to get a serious upgrade. Acer has just unveiled a comprehensive new lineup of monitors spanning its popular Predator, Nitro, and ProDesigner ranges, pushing the boundaries of refresh rates and multi-mode resolution switching. This isn’t just a collection of screens; it’s a commitment to adaptive, high-performance visual experiences designed to cater to both the most demanding gamers and the most meticulous creative professionals.

For the hardcore gamer, the Predator series is redefining speed and clarity. New models are set to arrive, starting with the 24.5-inch Predator XB253Q U1, which delivers a blistering 1000Hz refresh rate at 1080p, complete with VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification. Diving deeper into the performance spectrum, the 31.5-inch Predator X32 V3 introduces a stunning 4K 180Hz QD-OLED Penta Tandem panel, boasting VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400. Meanwhile, the 27-inch Predator XB273K V7 offers UHD resolution packed into a compact size, leveraging Dynamic Frame Rate (DFR) technology to dynamically switch to Full HD at 500Hz, ensuring smooth, adaptive motion.

Acer is also stepping up the game for productivity with the ProDesigner line, specifically targeting visual accuracy and professional workflows. The 27-inch ProDesigner PE270X P is engineered for creators, featuring a native 5K (5120×2880) resolution at 165Hz. This professional display incorporates a 2304-zone Mini LED backlight, achieves Delta E<1 color accuracy, and offers advanced features like an Auto KVM switch and 90W USB-C power delivery, making it a powerhouse for design and editing.

The versatility factor shines brightly in the Nitro range, which focuses heavily on flexible performance through advanced switching technology. Four new Nitro models are arriving, built around Dynamic Frame Rate (DFR) switching to offer incredible flexibility. For ultrawide enthusiasts, the 34-inch Nitro XZ340CKR P supports either 5120×2160 resolution at 180Hz or WFHD (2560×1080) at a blistering 360Hz. Even more flexible are the Nitro XV275U Z2 and XV270U Z3, which support tri-mode DFR, allowing seamless switching between QHD at 275Hz, FHD at 360Hz, and HD at 520Hz. The XV275U Z2 further enhances this flexibility with a 1152-zone Mini LED backlight.

These innovative monitors are scheduled for release across late 2026 and early 2027. The high-end Predator displays, the flexible Nitro options, and the professional ProDesigner screens will all be available, with prices ranging from approximately $299.99 to $1,299.99, setting a new benchmark for adaptive, high-refresh visual technology.
