Pulsar Gaming has teamed up with the High-Performance Human-Computer Interaction Lab at Yonsei University to conduct an extensive research study. The mission? To gather the necessary quantitative data on actual behavioral patterns, Pulsar has opened up the design process to the masses. They have invited the global gamer community via social media platforms like X to participate in an in-depth survey. This isn’t just a quick poll; it’s a comprehensive 19-page investigation designed to capture crucial details about how gamers interact with their equipment.

The survey dives deep into the specifics of the user experience, asking everything from the types of games played and the history of mouse usage to detailed measurements concerning hand anatomy. Participants are asked to reflect on their physical dimensions and how they manage their interaction with peripherals, focusing specifically on the phalanges—the fingers that actually perform the work.
