Every great legend requires a master craftsman, and in the world of Blood of Dawnwalker, the legendary Sword of St. Mihai remains just out of reach. For those who have journeyed through Vale Sangora, the quest to reforge this potent relic is a true test of wit, cunning, and perseverance.
The key to unlocking this legendary item lies not just in battle, but in a scavenger hunt across the wilds. To finally reclaim the Silver Sword, players must locate three elusive sword shards, each hidden deep within the territories of the kobolds.
The first quest marker leads adventurers into the Maragir Wealds. Seek out the northeast corner of this region, tracing the path from the Upper Maragir Wealds shrine to a hidden cave. Within this secluded spot, a Kobold den awaits, where a challenging pursuit will lead you to the first shard, tucked away near a broken cross.
Next, the hunt shifts to the rugged Rockfalls region. Here, the trail leads toward a hidden Kobold nest marked by a distinctive white X. Inside, players will face a tricky encounter with a corrupted kobold named Munch-Munch. Defeating this cunning foe will yield the second shard, positioning you perfectly for the next leg of your journey.
The final piece of the puzzle is found in the depths of St. Tyna’s Grove. Following clues from the location, the path leads south, past the Crossroads Inn, and into a Kobold nest that ultimately reveals a soldier camp in the Tantari Woods. After dispatching the troops, the last shard is found in a chest within a tent belonging to Xanthe in the nearby Silts.
With all three shards secured, the true challenge begins: locating the master smith. The path leads to the Uriashi blacksmith, who resides in the northwest Briar Sloughs. After successfully gathering the items, players must undertake a ritual to reach the Hermitage shrine. Here, a lone Uriashi awaits, ready to assist in the final step.
The ultimate act of creation involves venturing into the ancient ruins. By traversing the forest and ascending the hill, players will confront ancient guardians and finally quench the sword within a magically imbued red orb. The result is not merely a sword, but the legendary Imbued Sword of St. Mihai, a weapon boasting incredible weapon art that shifts between day and night, offering a truly epic finishing touch to the adventure.
