The pursuit of the ultimate gear in the world of Arc Raiders often demands more than just firepower—it requires a masterclass in crafting and puzzle-solving. For players aiming to unlock the most powerful upgrades, the path leads straight to the legendary Emperor Modulator, a piece of hardware that promises to elevate their weapon capabilities. But before the reward can be claimed, a complex series of challenges must be overcome, beginning with a quest for a rare blueprint.

The journey starts with locating the Emperor Gateway Conduit blueprint. This key is essential for accessing the final loot room of the new Emperor dungeon, which holds the Modulator. Fortunately, this blueprint isn’t just found by luck; it is earned by surviving the Redirection event on the Pendola Pass map.

To acquire the blueprint, raiders must strategically harvest specific materials during the event. Players need to successfully acquire a set of raw components: the Arc Conductive Coupler, the Arc Insulated Coupler, and the Arc Plated Coupler. These components are dropped as random loot during the event, making the hunt for the blueprint a true test of resource management.

Successfully harvesting these coupler materials requires careful timing. Raiders must activate a Damaged Emperor Relay on the map, grab the beacon, place it in a safe location, and wait for the Harvester Payloads to drop. Looting the central payload sticking out of the ground is the key to securing the necessary components needed for the blueprint.

Once the gateway key is secured, the focus shifts to conquering The Emperor dungeon itself. This isn’t a simple sprint; it’s a navigation challenge filled with hazardous encounters and intricate platforming puzzles. To succeed, raiders must arm themselves with the right tools. A Snap Hook is considered mandatory for navigating the platforming sections, while tools like an Anvil or Renegade are necessary to dismantle obstacles, and a Hullcracker is essential for dealing with the formidable Hydra turrets.

Dungeon navigation is further complicated by the layout of The Emperor, which offers multiple pathways. Whether facing the Pillar Room, the deadly Crusher, or the tricky Hydra Room, each layout presents a unique set of tactical decisions. Players must master movement, anticipate hazards like electrified platforms, and utilize resources wisely, especially healing and shield rechargers, given the numerous dangers lurking within.

The final stages of the dungeon involve complex vertical movement, including descending tubes, navigating maze-like pillar rooms, and using grappling techniques to ascend across electrified boxes. Ultimately, success hinges on strategic movement and knowing which path to take through the maze-like corridors and through the final room to secure the coveted Emperor Modulator.
