The future of artificial intelligence is moving beyond the cloud and into the hardware. MSI is leading this charge by introducing the Pro Max Edge AI+ Mini PC>, a compact powerhouse designed to bring massive, localized AI capabilities directly to organizations and power users.

This new system is built for a revolution: running complex AI inference, deep data analysis, and heavy computing entirely on-device. By shifting the workload from remote servers to local hardware, businesses gain unprecedented control over their sensitive data, ensuring privacy while retaining full operational autonomy without reliance on third-party cloud providers.

At the heart of the Mini PC is AMD’s cutting-edge Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor. This chip is equipped with 16 cores and 32 threads, bolstered by integrated Radeon 8060S graphics, providing a robust foundation for demanding AI tasks. To handle the immense demands of large language models, the system features a substantial 128GB unified memory pool operating at a blistering 8000MT/s. This memory setup allows the system to allocate up to 96GB as GPU VRAM, positioning the hardware to support the execution of massive 120B LLMs> entirely offline.

Beyond raw processing power, the design focuses on practicality and thermal management. MSI has integrated the Frozr AI PRO cooling design, ensuring sustained, high-level performance even when the system is under heavy, continuous workloads. For storage enthusiasts and developers, the system includes dual PCIe Gen 4 M.2 slots, offering high-bandwidth connections crucial for hosting large language models or complex local databases.

Connectivity is equally advanced, featuring Wi-Fi 7 technology for lightning-fast downloads and massive model transfers. Furthermore, the Mini PC supports up to four external displays, making it an ideal, centralized hub for intense data visualization and multi-tasking.

The MSI Pro Max Edge AI+ is set to hit the UK market on October 1st with an official MSRP of £4,499. This advanced system is currently listed at a promotional price of £4,439, making this powerful, localized AI solution accessible for organizations looking to reduce cloud dependence and embrace the power of on-device computing.
