Pixio unveils the PX27 Luma OLED first OLED monitor

Gaming monitors are constantly evolving, pushing boundaries with frame rates and resolution. Now, a new contender has entered the arena, offering a glimpse into the future of display technology with the arrival of the Pixio PX27 Luma OLED.

This 27-inch gaming monitor is built for enthusiasts who demand visual fidelity without compromise. It features a 1440p resolution display, paired with a cutting-edge WOLED panel that embraces a glossy finish. This choice isn’t arbitrary; Pixio opted for the glossy coating to deliver razor-sharp image details, incredibly deep blacks, and vibrant highlights that truly pop.

The speed is where the PX27 Luma truly shines. With a blistering 280Hz refresh rate and an ultra-fast 0.03ms response time, gamers will experience fluid motion that feels instantaneous. Adaptive sync support is integrated into the design, ensuring that even the fastest-paced gameplay remains free of tearing.

Beyond the visual spectacle, the panel boasts impressive brightness capabilities, reaching up to 600 nits at its peak, while maintaining a typical brightness of 250 nits. This performance is validated by the monitor’s VESA DisplayHDR 500 True Black certification, guaranteeing exceptional contrast and detail.

The design integrates cutting-edge performance with practical ergonomics. The monitor is mounted on an ergonomic stand that offers extensive adjustability, including up to 130mm of height adjustment, bi-directional pivoting, 30° swivel, and tilt from -5° to 20°. This allows users to perfectly customize their setup.

Connectivity is equally robust, catering to modern PC setups. The PX27 Luma is equipped with multiple ports, including two HDMI 2.1 inputs, a DisplayPort 1.4 connection, and a versatile array of USB options, including Type-A, Type-B, and a USB Type-C port that supports DP Alt Mode alongside 65W power delivery. For audio, integrated dual 5W speakers and a headphone jack complete the package.

In short, the Pixio PX27 Luma OLED is more than just a display; it’s a high-performance command center. It blends extreme speed, stunning contrast, and unparalleled adjustability, setting a new benchmark for 1440p OLED gaming monitors.
