Hidden experimental settings were uncovered within RadeonTuner, a popular third-party application used by enthusiasts as an open-source alternative to AMD’s Adrenalin Software. The theoretical potential of this technology is staggering. In theory, Multi Frame Generation could dramatically improve gaming performance, potentially taking a base frame rate of 60 FPS and boosting it up to as high as 480 FPS. Microsoft has confirmed that its console will feature FSR Diamond, an AI-powered rendering suite that incorporates machine learning upscaling, ray regeneration, and Multi Frame Generation.

This collaboration signals a clear trajectory: AMD is actively laying the groundwork for next-generation FSR technologies across the entire Radeon ecosystem.
