Get ready, gamers! Capcom is gearing up to make a major splash ahead of the Tokyo Game Show 2026, announcing an exclusive digital broadcast that promises a deep dive into the world of Capcom gaming. The Capcom Spotlight will air on Wednesday, September 16th at 7:00 AM PT (3:00 PM BST), offering fans a sneak peek into the incredible titles coming from the studio.
The excitement doesn’t stop there. Running from September 17th through September 21st at Makuhari Messe, the main Tokyo Game Show 2026 event will be a hub of activity. Alongside the broadcast, attendees can explore an exhibition floor packed with exciting content, including partner showcases and a dynamic online presentation from Capcom.
The heart of the showcase will be a thrilling lineup of six playable titles available for hands-on experience. Fans will have the chance to jump into games ranging from the expansive Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance (a 2027 expansion) and the highly anticipated Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen (launching October 9th) to the retro-inspired Mega Man: Dual Override (2027) and the action-packed Street Fighter 6. Plus, players can explore titles like Onimusha: Way of the Sword and Pragmata.
Beyond the playable games, the event floor features exciting partnerships that broaden the scope of the experience. Attendees can check out a playable demo for Monster Hunter Outlanders, participate in an airsoft shooting range hosted by Tokyo Marui, and see a display celebrating the upcoming Street Fighter film scheduled for release on October 16th.
