Furthermore, four new permits have been filed recently for the large trailer complex, which will house general contractors and temporary Tesla offices, signaling a swift preparation for when specialized equipment can be installed.

This Advanced Technology Chip Fab is more than just a factory; it is a nexus point for innovation. This smaller facility is distinct from the massive Terafab megaproject, which encompasses a multi-phase, vertically integrated effort involving Tesla, SpaceX, xAI, and Intel, with staggering goals for AI computer production across terrestrial and space-based systems.
